Never gyro aiming. There aren't really any modern games (Wii U/ Switch) where you weren't able to toggle it on or off. It works amazing on PC with the Steam Controller, probably the best way to play RE4. If the Switch had SC level of Gyro it could be great. Only if it can be toggled on/off.
Every version since has run off that. The Switch version is based on PS4, and the PS4 is an updated version of the Ultimate HD edition. Featuring newer textures that that version. On the Switch it'll likely run at exactly the same specs as the PS4 version 1080p and 60fps, with 720p in handheld.
