1 Posted: Feb 15, 2017 Options My Wi-Fi and Bluetooth won't turn on I used my Huawei P8 Lite for less than a month and the wi-fi and bluetooth just won't turn on all of a sudden. I've tried everything including factory reset, but it still do no good. Please help me because i don't want to spend too much money on just my phone. thanks. Answered!

The user cannot enable or disable Bluetooth on the phone. Cause: 1. The phone does not identify the touch action used to turn Bluetooth on or off. 2. Enabling or disabling Bluetooth last time didn't take effect. Solution: Enable then disable Airplane mode and enable or disable Bluetooth again. Restart the phone then enable or disable Bluetooth
